Hi, I'm cam
I’m a coach, a dad, and someone who knows what it feels like to be broken.
I started my career in Sports & Exercise Science over a decade ago, confident I had all the answers. Then in 2015, I was sidelined by debilitating back pain and a chronic ankle sprain. I had the degree. I had the muscle. But I couldn’t move without pain.
That experience changed everything.
Looking fit and being capable are not the same thing.
I didn’t heal myself through surgeries or passive treatments. I fixed my body through intelligent movement, strength, and mobility. Now in my 30s, I move better than I did in my early 20s.
Today, my mission is simple: help you do the same.
Whether you’re an athlete or a busy parent like me trying to keep up with two kids (shoutout to Ellie and Beau), the philosophy stays the same:
Healthy people make healthy decisions.
No crash diets. No 30-day fixes.
Just a smart, sustainable process that gets you out of pain, builds real strength, and gives you a body that actually works.
